VISION FOR THE NATION

Nations are built by generations of imagination and untiring enthusiastic efforts. One generation transfers the fruits of its toil to another, taking the mission forward. As the coming generation also has dreams and aspirations for the nation’s future, it adds something from its side to the national vision, which the next generation strives hard to achieve. This process continues, and the nation climbs steps of glory and gains higher strength.
The first vision: Freedom for Bharat — Any organization, society, or even a nation without a vision is like a ship cruising on the high seas without any aim or direction.
Our last glorious generation of freedom fighters, led by many great leaders, set a vision of a free Bharat for the nation. This was the first vision set by the people for the nation.
The second vision: Developed Bharat — The next generation has put Bharat firmly on the path of economic, agricultural, and technological development.
But Bharat has stood too long in the line of developing nations. We have started running toward achieving the second national vision of a Developed Bharat.
The third vision: Peace in the World — We must think and act like a nation of a billion people to lead the world through creative leadership with righteousness.
Bharatiyas used to pray not only for their own welfare but for universal well-being, reiterating our concept of “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam.”

The concept of peaceful development is deeply rooted in Bharat’s illustrious cultural tradition. It had been a historic choice of the Bhartiya not to invade other lands but to follow the path of peaceful coexistence and community development.
The Bhartiya are well known for the value of peace and development; thus, they are peace-loving and yearn for development. We know that only peace can bring about development, and only development can guarantee peace. The contrast between Bhartiya society and the societies of our breakaway brothers testifies to the peaceful spirit in the glorious Bhartiya traditional culture.
The Bhartiya leadership are the first in history to espouse the idea of harmony. Only creative leadership with righteousness and many embodied skills, knowledge, and ignited minds can be ready for such a long-term vision.
CREATIVE LEADERSHIP
Leader must have a vision. Leader must have a passion to realise the vision. Leader must be able to travel on an unexplored path. Leader must know how to manage success and failure. Leader must have the courage to take decisions. Leader should have nobility in management. Leader should be transparent in every action. Leader becomes the master of the problem, defeats the problem, and succeeds. Leader must work with integrity and succeed with integrity.
Bharat has always seen the individual as a soul in body, a portion of the Divinity enwrapped in mind and body, a conscious manifestation in Nature of the universal self and spirit.
Supreme manifestation of man’s soul and ultimate divine manhood, his paramartha and highest puruşartha.
Where there is righteousness in the heart,
there is beauty in the character.
When there is beauty in the character,
there is harmony in the home.
When there is harmony in the home,
there is order in the nation.
When there is order in the nation,
there is peace in the world.
